Application Process

We’re looking for people to be their authentic selves, bringing a unique perspective to the team.

Stage 1

30min Interview

After reviewing your application through our Airtable form (see positions section), we may invite you for a 30 min Zoom call to get to know you as a person. No prep is needed, we just want to be our authentic selves and get to know each other - are you a fit for us? Are we a fit for you?

No prep is needed and no “technical” questions are asked, it’s just an opportunity for you to tell us why you’d smash the role and to show us your curiosity and resourcefulness.

Stage 2

Small Task

This is the more technical part. We’ll provide you with a small task to let you tangibly showcase your skills. We value what you can bring to the table with your merit rather than determining your capabilities based on past experience so this is your opportunity to show us what you can do.

Stage 3

45min Interview

The last stage is assessing your fit for the role over a 45 min Zoom call, talking about the task/case study, and asking some more questions. The only prep needed is the case study, nothing else, it’s an opportunity for you to tell us why you’d smash the role and to show us your curiosity and resourcefulness.
